What we do
Buying, selling, management, charter and revenue operation
Most brokers handle one of these and refer the rest. Value leaks at every handover. We run all five ourselves.
Buy an aircraft
We represent the buyer and nobody else. Requirement definition, worldwide market search, pre-purchase inspection oversight, escrow, closing, delivery and import.
- Exclusive buyer-side mandate
- Pre-purchase inspection oversight
- Escrow and title search
- Import, VAT and registration
Sell an aircraft
Exclusive mandate, evidence-based pricing, controlled marketing. We establish what your aircraft is worth before we quote the market a number.
- Documented valuation
- Marketing to qualified buyers
- Offer handling and negotiation
- Closing and export
Aircraft management
Crew, maintenance, continuing airworthiness, insurance and budget. One monthly statement, reconciled to the flight hour.
- CAMO coordination
- Crew recruitment and type rating
- Maintenance planning
- Budget and monthly reporting
Private jet charter
On-demand flights sourced across several operators and priced line by line, positioning included. Passengers never see those empty legs and always pay for them.
- Competitive operator sourcing
- Itemised quote, every cost separated
- Slots, overflight permits and customs
- Round-the-clock trip support
Revenue operation
Placing your aircraft on an air operator certificate so it earns during your idle weeks, without becoming the spare capacity an operator sells first.
- Placement on an AOC
- Owner priority written into the contract
- Revenue forecast
- Monthly utilisation reporting
Aircraft valuation
What a business jet costs, new and used
Pick a model. The new price is the manufacturer list price; the used figure is a range, computed by our model on a representative seven-year aircraft.
New, list price
$11.2M
Manufacturer list price, before options and completion
Used, 7 years old
$5.86M – $6.54M
Range and not a price: no aircraft has been inspected
How an acquisition runs
Nine stages, and you follow all of them
Every stage carries a document, a date and a name. Nothing moves forward because somebody says it has.
- 01
Requirement definition
Mission profile, runway constraints, range with real payload, budget including the first two years of ownership.
- 02
Market search
Every candidate, advertised or not, with our valuation beside each asking price.
- 03
Shortlist
Three to five ranked aircraft, with the reason each one is on the list and the finding that would take it off.
- 04
Letter of intent
Price, deposit, inspection scope and walk-away conditions agreed before anybody travels.
- 05
Pre-purchase inspection
At a facility with no commercial relationship to the seller. Discrepancy list priced, then negotiated.
- 06
Escrow
Funds and title with an independent escrow agent. We never touch client money.
- 07
Closing
Bill of sale, deregistration, registration, lien search and release, insurance bound.
- 08
Delivery
Ferry flight, import, VAT position, crew familiarisation, handover of the operating manual.
- 09
First year
Maintenance plan, budget against actuals, valuation refreshed at twelve months.
Where we work
Wherever the aircraft happens to be
An aircraft is a mobile asset and its market is worldwide. A seller in Sao Paulo, an inspection in Basel, a buyer in Riyadh and an escrow agent in Oklahoma City is an ordinary working week.
